Olav is the Founder and CTO of OceanTherm. He has served in the Norwegian Navy at strategic level and has service from submarines. In addition to Senior Executive Courses from the Norwegian Armed Forces, Olav has a Master’s in Computer Science from the University in Bergen.

Bjørn is Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer at OceanTherm. Bjørn is formally educated as Diplom-Kaufmann (Equivalent of MBA) from Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg, where he focused on Industrial Economics. He has more than 20 years of experience as a financial consultant and accountant in Norway.

Grim Eidnes is our Chief Scientific Officer (CSO). Grim is educated as an Oceanographer from the University of Oslo (UiO) and was until recently a senior scientist at SINTEF Ocean where he was the project leader on several SINTEF + OceanTherm projects.

Oliver is the Co-Founder and CEO of OceanTherm. Oliver holds a Master’s of Science in Sustainability Management from The Earth Institute at Columbia University. In addition, he has one year of graduate level coursework in Economics of Innovation and Growth from KTH Royal Institute of Technology. as well as two years as a PhD candidate at NTNU Norwegian University of Science and Technology in Industrial Economics and Technology Management in the field of Systems Engineering.
